His educational background (B.a. Odontolgy) led to his first business acquisition — a dental practice — which he acquired using "Consulting For Equity" with $0 out-of-pocket. In four years, Kami successfully scaled the dental practice from $500K to $7M in annual revenue.

Residing in Dubai, Kami invests in, advises, and teaches business owners how to buy, leverage, grow, scale, and exit their companies.

Abdalla Elshahhat

As the Co-founder and COO of Acquisition Mastery, Abdalla is a seasoned corporate executive with over a decade of experience transforming businesses from seven to eight figures. Transitioning from operator to investor, Abdalla now leverages his extensive corporate experience to guide others in achieving similar success. He serves as an advisor to several companies across diverse industries, including wellness and software businesses. Abdalla is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise.
